Copyright & Takedowns
Last updated 18 October 2026
We respect the rights of creators and expect people who use SaveItOk.com to do the same. If you own content that our tool can fetch and you don't want it to, tell us and we'll block it.
1. What we can and can't remove
SaveItOk.com doesn't host videos. It fetches public posts from the original platform at the moment someone asks for them. That means:
- We can block specific posts or whole accounts so SaveItOk.com refuses to fetch them, usually within 2 business days of a valid notice.
- We can't remove the original post from TikTok, Douyin or any other platform. To take content down at its source, use the platform's own copyright reporting tools as well.
- We can't recall copies that people have already downloaded.
2. How to send a notice
Email radhika13rai@gmail.com with the subject line “Copyright notice” and include:
- Your name, postal address, phone number and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed.
- The link to each post, or the account username, that you want blocked.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use isn't authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is fine).
These are the elements required by the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)). We accept notices that contain them from anywhere in the world.
3. What happens next
We'll confirm we received your notice, block the content you identified, and let you know when it's done. If a notice is incomplete we'll tell you what's missing.
If you believe content was blocked by mistake, for example because you own it or are licensed to use it, contact us with the same details and an explanation, and we'll review it.
4. False notices
Knowingly misrepresenting that content infringes copyright may make you liable for damages. If you're not sure whether something infringes your rights, consider getting legal advice first.
